Welcome to Sinton Place

Welcome to our new house! We are so thankful and blessed that we received this home and are so very proud to show it off! We still have a few minor things to finish to be completely settled. But all in all we are very happy. Unfortunately as I was finishing I realized I had left off the important rooms in the house...that would be Alex's domain. So they are not in the exact order I would like but good enough.
To kick off the pictures we have Alex's play room...HOCKEY theme of course. Then his bedroom. And his bath. Now there's a view of the street we live on when standing on the front patio. Then the patio with table and chairs. A view of the house from the street, and a view of the back of the house.

Here we have the view of the living room from the hallway from kitchen / bedrooms, then the 1/2 bath. The small but very happy it's it's own room laundry room. The garage off the laundry room, and the entrance to the master bedroom:)

Alright ! So first we have the master closet, then the master bath. Then 2 angels of the master bedroom and last but not least the computer/ guest room! Hope you enjoyed the photo's:) We love our new house!

Okay I have really been slacking on the blog home front. But now that we have a new house, now is the time to post new pic's and start fresh.

Big boy bed

We love our new bed and have been doing a fantastic job adapting to it. Alex went to the store with us to buy the bedding thinking it was the greatest thing ever until Thomas the tank engine burst that bubble. We stuck with the set we had chosen in the long run but Alex put up a good fight for Thomas. I wanted something that could grow with him for a while, and I was afraid that Thomas wouldn't last long. But what do I know. I was more comfortable with the Transportation set.





We have started a new bed time routine and have done a great job at staying in bed and not getting out until morning. We enjoy laying in bed and reading a couple books before Mommy sits quietly in the chair until the sandman comes to visit. It works for the both of us really. I get time to relax and read before I go to bed too. Very happy with the progress our little monkey has made! Next thing to tackle on the way to adulthood...potty training! Man I wish life was this complicated for us:)

2011

Welcome 2011! I have been neglecting the blog, but more cute important things are in the way. So what's new not much! We have a new car, because Geoff wrecked his and now he will make the transition into my car for me to have our brand new van! Yes a van. I am excited for the memories to fill it. Since we have family 10 to 14 hours away, friends scattered some 8 some 12...some in Hawaii and England. It should get some great adventures. Alex loves riding in the back all by His lonesome.
Alex by the way is going on the potty and has transitioned nicely into a BIG BOY BED. He has been doing great in it. I will have to upload pic's soon. but today already seems full.
